Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of PAPO serves as the elected leadership body committed to the advancement of the orthotics and prosthetics profession in Punjab and across Pakistan. The committee works collectively to promote professional development, ethical clinical practices, academic growth, advocacy, and collaboration among prosthetists and orthotists. Through transparent governance, strategic planning, and active engagement with professionals, institutions, and stakeholders, the Executive Committee strives to strengthen the profession, improve rehabilitation services, and support initiatives that benefit both practitioners and the communities they serve.
Main Positions & Roles
President
Provides overall leadership and strategic direction of the association, represents PAPO at national and professional forums, and oversees implementation of organizational goals and policies.
Vice President
Assists the President in official responsibilities and supervises assigned committees or projects. Acts on behalf of the President when required.
General Secretary
Manages administrative affairs, official communications, meeting coordination, documentation, and execution of Executive Committee decisions.
Joint Secretary
Supports the General Secretary in organizational and administrative tasks and ensures smooth coordination among members and committees.
Finance Secretary / Treasurer
Oversees financial management, budgeting, membership dues, financial reporting, and ensures transparency and accountability in association finances.
Information Secretary / Media Secretary
Manages public relations, digital presence, announcements, publications, and communication with members through media platforms.
