He has strong skills in research, curriculum development, and departmental management as Head of Department, and has organized national and international academic events. He is capable of leading academic and clinical teams, developing innovative programs, and improving rehabilitation education and patient care. He contributed to establishing an Allied Health Sciences Department offering seven undergraduate programs in his previous role. His vision is to strengthen the Orthotics and Prosthetics profession through unity, excellence, advocacy, and collaboration while addressing key challenges in recognition, education, and clinical standards.

Humza Faisal
He has developed expertise in advanced clinical practice, prosthetic rehabilitation, and microprocessor knees, supported by an MPhil in Prosthetics and Orthotics, HCPC, and ISPO certification. He has combined clinical work, university lecturing, and CEO leadership to strengthen the profession and support new professionals. He has mentored many P&Os and helped create job opportunities while improving clinical and technical skills. He has also supported fundraising efforts for hundreds of amputees to access prosthetic rehabilitation. Mujahida Islam
She has experience in clinical demonstration of Prosthetics and Orthotics cases and experience in supply chain management within rehabilitation programmes. She has strong expertise in supply chain analytics, needs assessment, demand planning, and operations management. She is skilled in data analysis, risk prediction, and strategic planning, and has contributed to strengthening clinical education, rehabilitation operations, and flood recovery efforts. She believes in unity, integrity, and passion while focusing on professional dignity, reducing malpractice, and improving healthcare integration. She brings a proactive approach toward standardizing Prosthetics and Orthotics services and strengthening the profession.

He contributed to the establishment of an Orthotics and Prosthetics Department in 2016 and managed it academically and administratively. She has 12.5 years of experience in clinical assessments, orthotic and prosthetic devices, and innovation of new braces. She has strong skills in multitasking, planning, team leadership, organizational management, and control. She contributed to building a brand and worked for the betterment of people in her previous role. She believes in equality and proper role assignment for persons with disabilities. She is capable of managing large-scale clinic operations and has successfully raised funds to provide free treatment for underprivileged patients and support social causes. In her previous role, she actively transformed numerous lives by independently raising funds to deliver free prosthetic and orthotic care to underserved individuals. She is committed to fairness, equal career opportunities, and eliminating gender bias within the community, while her vision is to secure official recognition of Prosthetics and Orthotics as a distinct autonomous medical discipline in Pakistan. She focuses on addressing challenges such as quackery, low public awareness, and lack of a supportive platform, and brings a proactive approach to educational campaigns and protection of professional rights.
