• The election system operates on a One Voter – One Email – One Vote principle.
• Please remember the email address that you have registered with PAPO.

• All election-related communications will be sent to your registered email address.
• Please check your Inbox, Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders for emails from PAPO.
• It is the responsibility of each voter to ensure access to their registered email account.

• The election process is conducted through a fully automated voting platform.
• Once voting begins, the system will be locked for administrative modifications.
• No changes, corrections, additions, or email updates can be made after voting starts.

• To maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the election, election administrators will have no ability to edit voter information, modify votes, or influence the voting process.
• Administrators will not have access to monitor individual votes or voting preferences.

Since all registered email addresses have already been verified and entered into the system, PAPO will not be responsible for issues arising from:

• Incorrect access to personal email accounts.
• Failure to check email folders.
• Forgotten or inaccessible registered email addresses.
• Delays caused by individual email service providers.

• Due to the automated and secure nature of the election platform, assistance during the voting period will be extremely limited.
• Voters are strongly advised to verify their email access before the commencement of voting.

The voting platform will remain active until:

• All eligible voters have cast their votes, or
• The official voting deadline has expired.

Once the election period ends, the system will automatically close.
